How Bulk Food Supply Enquiries Work at NAZIA Foods

NAZIA Foods accepts trade enquiries from wholesalers, distributors, cash & carries, grocery retailers, restaurants, caterers and foodservice businesses across the UK. The trade process is designed around the buyer’s requirement rather than the quantity currently displayed on the consumer storefront.

Step 1: tell us what the business needs

The current active trade range is focused on four 20kg basmati rice lines: 1121 Golden Sella, 1121 Steam, 1509 Steam and Everyday Basmati. Other pantry categories should not be treated as active trade stock unless they are specifically confirmed in a quotation.

Buyers can begin with the current wholesale range.

Step 2: choose a useful supply format

The enquiry form supports 20kg trade bags, a single pallet, multiple pallets, mixed-rice requirements or a full-load/container quantity. The buyer does not need to know the final pallet or load configuration at this stage.

Step 3: separate consumer stock from wholesale sourcing

A retail stock number is not a promise of wholesale availability, and zero retail inventory is not automatically a reason to reject a trade enquiry. Where the requested supply is feasible, NAZIA confirms the relevant specification, quantity, pack format, labelling, lead time and delivery arrangement before supply.

Step 4: agree the packaging requirement

Final packaging, labelling, branding and regulatory requirements are reviewed and confirmed with the quotation. Nothing is treated as approved simply because it was mentioned in the enquiry.

Step 5: receive confirmed commercial terms

The enquiry itself is not an accepted order. The quotation is used to confirm the product and specification, quantities, current availability, pricing, minimums or increments where applicable, logistics, delivery terms and any relevant packaging or compliance conditions.

What makes a useful bulk enquiry?

  • Business name and business type

  • Rice variety required
  • Approximate quantity
  • Supply format
  • Delivery postcode or area
  • Buying frequency
  • Packaging or specification notes
