How many bags are on a pallet?
Pallet configuration is confirmed for each order. We do not publish a bag-per-pallet figure until the relevant packing and logistics configuration has been verified.
What is the minimum order?
Minimums, repeat ordering increments and pallet or case configuration are confirmed for each enquiry.
Can I mix rice varieties?
Yes, you can request a mixed-variety requirement. The final mix, availability and pallet configuration are confirmed in the quotation.
Do you deliver?
Delivery options and charges are confirmed from the order volume, destination postcode and current logistics arrangement.
Can I collect?
Ask the trade team whether collection is available for your specific order and collection date.
Do prices include VAT?
VAT treatment is confirmed on the approved quotation or invoice. Do not rely on a storefront display as the tax record.
How quickly do you deliver?
Delivery timing is confirmed per enquiry based on product availability, volume and destination.
Can I order 10 or more pallets?
Yes, multi-pallet requirements can be submitted for quotation. Availability, configuration, pricing and delivery are confirmed before order acceptance.
Can I request a full truckload?
Yes. The wholesale planner accepts full-load enquiries. A nominal 24,000kg of 20kg bags equals 1,200 bags; actual vehicle payload and load configuration are confirmed in the quotation.
Can I request credit terms?
You can request credit terms as part of a trade application. Any credit facility is subject to separate approval and is not created automatically by submitting the form.
How do trade accounts work?
